One thing you should know about me is that I’ve been there and I can empathize with you. I’ve yo-yo dieted for over 20 years, peaking at almost 300lbs. I’ve lost and re-gained the same 20, 30, 40, 50 lbs countless times. If you’re anything like me, you’ve tried low-calorie and low-fat diets. Maybe you’ve binged along the way. Maybe you’ve even tried all of the different versions of the keto diet; all with varying degrees of success. I’ve tried them all too and understand where you’re coming from.
